Who We Are:

With over twenty years of experience in Health & Safety Management, Patrick Parnis has the expertise and ability to implement the full range of International Management Systems Standards. Additionally, Patrick has operated at both operational and strategic level. He has also delivered effective Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental improvement programs in various organisations.

Patrick's Experience in Health and Safety Management

Patrick is an accomplished professional consultant who specialises in making the implementation of high-level HSEQ Management Systems manageable. He has actively led HSEQ culture in various organizations; from manufacturing to automotive, construction, oil and gas, marine, project management, services, and other sectors. He has the leadership strengths to implement HSEQ Management Practices all the way from the board through to operations.

The Involvement in Various Industries

Patrick started his technical career with the Malta Shipbuilding Co. Ltd, where he worked as a trainer. He received the CIPD Membership through FHRD in 1996 on training and development during which he focused on Quality Management. Furthermore, Patrick pursued his career and joined Method Electronics (Malta), an automotive component engineering and manufacturing company. There he helped the company get QS9000 and prepare the way for ISO14001 and TS16949 certification.

International Experience in Quality, Environmental Health and Safety Management

Patrick’s drive and experience in Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems led him to new international opportunities. For 12 years he worked in Libya, heading the HSEQ department at VAOS Ltd. This was an Austrian service company in the oil and gas industry. During this time Patrick worked with a multinational workforce of over 1,000 people and operated across 13 sites. He implemented the ISO9000 and OHSA 18001 certification programs. Other high-profile projects have seen Patrick work with both local and international companies to help them implement their HSEQ Management Systems.

Patrick Parnis is NEBOSH Certified in Oil & Gas Safety & Environmental Management.
